Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
All consignment items purchased are FINAL SALE. We will be happy to exchange all brand new boutique, home and gift items for Store Credit ONLY. These items must be returned in same condition with all tags still in place within 14 days of purchasing in store or 21 days if purchased online. We reserve the right to refuse any return not in this condition.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within two days so we can fix the issue. We will not be responsible for damage made to an item due to incorrect washing or wear and tear.
Return shipping is responsibility of the buyer. If requesting a return label from us, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the return amount in store credit.
Please contact us if you are interesting in exchanging an item. We cannot guarantee an exchange as items in our shop may sell out quickly.
Store credit will not be issued without a receipt.
